Event Approaching and Life Changes

It has been a good amount of time since my last post. Much has happened with our legacy project and with my life over all.

As far as our legacy project, I am pleased with the progress. We are in its final stages. The event is 8 days away and we are eagerly blasting out our invitation to everyone we know to try to boost our attendance. Our goal is to reach as many people as possible and to help nonPareil build their network in the Fort Worth community. It has been a real challenge coordinating between several different people to get things done like invitations, catering orders, and getting funding, but these are all difficulties that were expected for Grant and I as the leaders of the event. We have served as the overall people in charge working with several people to put it all together. It has definitely been a leadership challenge!

As we come to the close of our project we want to make sure we stay fully committed to making it the best it can possibly be!

On another note, my personal life has new direction. My fiancee and I will be moving to Baton Rouge so that I can attend LSU Law next fall. With graduation nearing, and the wedding shortly after, it is a blessing to know where we will call home. LSU has a fantastic law school and I am so excited to attend. I will be seeking my JD/MBA which will take four years.

I did a lot of reflecting over spring break about college over the last few years and the amazing growth that takes place. My dad had a conversation about that growth and how it is probably the most growing time in anyone's life, or at least is has been for me. The difference from freshman year until now is so vast. More to come soon....
